Thank you for this! I will never forget how one story in one of Susan Perrow’s books changed our life. 🙂 I love how she clearly communicated that writing a story that heals needs to come deep within us (and the intention for writing one is never “to heal”). I always struggled writing my own story but her talk really inspired me to at least believe that I am capable. Hoping that next time an inspiration sparks, my self-love and sense of self-worth will speak louder than my self-doubt. ❤️

— I.i. Aguinaldo Cristobal, Parent

I looooved this interview! She shared such a wonderful picture of the changes kids go through, and how we can support them through those. Her understanding of each stage and how to connect were very helpful. And her image of greeting our children with warmth; although it sounds so simple, is a reminder I needed and is going to be my meditation this week! Loved everything about this!

— Stephanie Kilian, Parent (New York, USA)

Just got done listening to all the talks today. Very insightful & light bulb moments. Also confirming some things that I’ve already been doing with myself, my own children, & with my class children. Very resonating.

— Renée La Bossiere Campbell (Florida, USA)

Dear Organizers, I’ve watched some of the videos and I’m looking forward to finishing all that has been up online. The topics are very relevant and the speakers are really good!! They know what they’re talking about and they’re easy to understand. The time duration of every interview is also perfect and above all, I love how each speaker has been passionately encouraging all to carefully and gently look and uphold childhood. They also gave lots of valuable insights on how parents and teachers can support their children’s healthy development. Thank you very much for bringing this to the public, to the world. I really appreciate this platform because I can always go back to the parts that I need to digest further. All the best and blessings to all of you! :)

— Katherine Estember, MA Student (Stuttgart, Germany)

What an amazing first day...if the rest are the same standard we really are in for a treat. Thank you for making it possible for us all to come together and think about our children, the future of childhood and the future of our humanity.

— Janni Nicol, Early Childhood Consultant

After I signed up for lifetime access I made an icon for my phone so I can get to it quickly. We’ve been encouraged to focus fully on the interviews, but I’m stretching that to include exercising while I watch. I think this will engage all my senses and help me be extra tuned in!

— Kim Allsup, Grandmother & Retired Teacher

This is a wonderfully rich and important free online event with many speakers. I recommend it to anyone who wants to support and honor childhood and children in today’s world. At a time where childhood and parenthood are essentially under a constant and intensifying threat, it can be useful to think health bringing thoughts and know that there’s still good in the world.

— Ella Manor Lapointe, (Ghent, NY, USA)

Really enjoyed the interview with Lisa Romero. What I particularly appreciated was the part of the conversation that reminded us that what we can do amidst all the chaos around us is ‘take care of my contribution to the We’. Thanks for including her Priya.

— Mary Green

The interview with Sebastian Suggate has been my favorite so far though one or two others have come close. I find it particularly interesting how all the different areas that children are developing in and the things that children are experiencing or not experiencing impact each other and further development.

— Frances McGregor, Nanny (UK)
